This little drive up coffee stand is adorable! Both times I went, I got the iced caramel macchiato and it was so good. The girls at the window were very helpful and sweet. It will be my new go-to place for coffee when I'm visiting the area.

Excellent service and fantastic coffee! I don't have to order a double shot to know I ordered a coffee beverage and not just a flavored sugar creation (I like those too, but when I want coffee I want to taste coffee). Plus, they have a loyalty punch card which I absolutely appreciate. Not to mention they LOVE my dogs .... ALL of my dogs! And of course, anybody who always has a treat for my dogs, which they've come to expect when we pull up to the window, is awesome to me! Also, I've only tried a few of their breakfast/food items but the ones I've had live up to the standards I've come to appreciate and respect in their beverages! A very welcomed addition to the Iron Mountain area ~ thanks Neucup

Love this place. Super nice ladies working there and even though they said the peanut butter swirl was out, she literally scraped the last bit of powder out and made it happen! Best pup cup I’ve got for my doggy, too.

Truly world's best everything. I had a raspberry mocha with dark chocolate, and that's the best mocha I've ever had! Dark chocolate icecream, scone ...everything was just delicious. They serve coffee hot or cold, baked snacks and ice creams. Would visit again anytime I'm in iron Mountain area.

To be clear, there is no onsite dining. This is a drive-thru. Coffee and service were great. Prices are reasonable.

I stopped at Neu Cup on my way through town for work. They were quick and so willing to support me in making up my mind for what I wanted to order, taking time to explain the differences between each type of drink. The Hot Caramel Macchiato is absolutely delicious! Their kindness and bright energy was the cherry on top to my visit.
